Support the Production Manager in daily operation of production department such as line productivity, efficiency, quality and machine maintenance. Responsible for regular preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of Production equipment.
Maintain up to date maintenance schedule, certificate of equipment, reports, procedures, machine manual, check list and establish new SOP if necessary.
Liaise with the service contractor for equipment and machine maintenance servicing and breakdown repairs.
Assist Production Manager in ensuring adequate availability of spare parts.
Assist in preparation of AutoCad drawing and Laser cutting program.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as when assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
