.Candidate must attach recent photo with resume.
Support production planning and coordination by ensuring sales orders are accurately processed, production schedules are updated and communicated, and cross-team follow-ups (production, QA, purchasing, logistics, and sales) are done promptly to meet customer delivery commitments.
Key responsibilities:
1) Sales order & job order coordination
- Receive and process Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), and related documents verify completeness (part number, revision, moq, pricing, due date, process requirements).
- Create / update work orders / job orders in the ERP system and ensure correct routing (material, machining, surface treatment, cleaning, assembly, etc.).
- Track order status from release to completion flag missing info or discrepancies early (e.g., drawings, specs, special process).
2) Production scheduling & daily coordination
- Assist in preparing and maintaining the daily/weekly production schedule.
- Liaise with production supervisors / planners to confirm capacity, priorities, and sequence of jobs.
- Monitor WIP progress and highlight risks to delivery (machine availability, manpower, material readiness, subcontract lead time).
- Support daily coordination on urgent jobs, expedite requests, and schedule changes.
3) Inter-department liaison (Sales / Production / QA / Purchasing / Logistics)
- Act as a coordination point between Sales and Production to align delivery dates and customer expectations.
- Follow up with QA for inspection status, NCR/hold items, and release for shipment.
- Follow up with Purchasing / Stores on material availability, tooling, and consumables required to start jobs.
- Coordinate with Logistics / Shipping on packing requirements, delivery arrangements, and shipment documentation.
4) ERP & documentation accuracy
- Maintain accurate, timely updates in ERP (job status, dates, quantities, remarks).
- Ensure documents are properly filed and traceable (PO, SO, DO, inspection records, subcontract DO).
- Support basic reporting: WIP list, overdue jobs, upcoming deliveries, expedite list.
5) Customer delivery support (internal-facing)
- Prepare internal updates for Sales on delivery status and issues requiring customer alignment.
- Support preparation of delivery documents (as assigned): delivery order, packing list, labels, etc.
6) General admin & continuous improvement support
- Support coordination meetings (notes, action lists, follow-ups).
- Identify recurring coordination issues (missing info, repeated delays, process bottlenecks) and suggest improvements to workflow/checklists.

- Reports to: Operations Manager and Management
- Works closely with: Production, QA, Purchasing, Stores, Logistics, Sales/Customer Service
