Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Assistant Product Manager with strong expertise in product lifecycle management, ideally within the payments or cross-border transfers domain. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience driving product enhancements, managing multi‑stakeholder initiatives, and delivering seamless customer experiences.
Starts off as a 6/12 months contract
The Job
Lead product development and enhancement efforts, with a focus on payments and cross-border transaction capabilities.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to refine product offerings and improve overall user experience.
Work with technical teams to support the integration and optimization of fintech platforms, payment rails, or remittance solutions.
Support marketing initiatives, including product positioning, go‑to‑market activities, and customer communications.
Assist with operational and administrative tasks related to product rollout, monitoring, and maintenance.
The Requirements
Proven experience in product management, preferably within payments, fintech, or cross-border remittance.
Familiarity with payment systems, digital wallets, payment rails, or regional/international transfer products is a strong advantage.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
