Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end product lifecycle of the GenAI chatbot, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and continuous improvement
  • Assist in translating business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Coordinate with engineering, data, design, and vendor teams to deliver chatbot features and enhancements
  • Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness for new releases and updates
  • Monitor chatbot performance using analytics, user feedback, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
  • Assist in managing product backlog, release planning, and documentation
  • Support governance, risk, and compliance requirements related to data, security, and AI usage
  • Conduct research on GenAI technologies, conversational design, and market trends to support product strategy
  • Provide day-to-day operational support and issue tracking for the chatbot platform

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
  • Strong interest or 2 3 years experience in product management, digital platforms, or AI-driven solutions
  • Basic understanding of GenAI, conversational AI, APIs, and system integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
