We are seeking a ContractAssistant Product Manager,CashManagementProducts to support the end-to-end delivery of a new cash management collection solution within Maybank's Transaction Banking business. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Sales, Implementation, Operations, IT, Marketing and control functions to drive product approvals, coordinate testing, develop operational processes, and ensure successful launch and post-implementation support.
Responsibilities:-
- Support the Product Owner in obtaining product and risk approvals.
- Develop customer onboarding documentation and end-to-end operating processes.
- Prepare internal and customer-facing communications, training materials and reference guides.
- Coordinate and execute UAT, production verification and system connectivity testing.
- Support implementation activities and post-launch issue resolution.
- Maintain product knowledge repositories and track known issues.
- Monitor product sign-ups and utilisation, and prepare management reporting.
- Support other project-related initiatives as required.
Requirements:-
- Degree in Banking & Finance or a related discipline.
- Experience in cash management products, product implementation or project delivery within the banking industry.
- Hands-on experience in UAT, test case preparation, defect management and test sign-off.
- Strong documentation, process mapping and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination capabilities.
- Good understanding of corporate cash management solutions; knowledge of Host-to-Host or SFTP connectivity will be an advantage.
- Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple workstreams within tight project timelines.
