About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations. The ideal candidate must have a proven ability to optimise purchasing processes, manage suppliers, and drive cost-efficiency across the organisation. This role requires a proactive leader who can develop procurement strategies, enhance supplier performance, and ensure smooth endtoend purchasing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all procurement activities using Purchasing system, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, purchasing workflows, and approval processes
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that support operational needs and organisational goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms
- Analyse purchasing data, monitor trends, and propose costsaving initiatives
- Manage supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and ensure SLAs are met
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to forecast needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Coach and mentor procurement team members to achieve high performance
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and systems
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of procurement experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with FutureLog is helpful
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and vendor management skills
- Proficient in MS Office experience with additional ERP systems is an advantage
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
