Assistant Principal Engineer (Digitalisation & Automation)

Job Description:

- Lead and drive technology projects, mentoring a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project delivery and meeting business goals.

- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with organisational objectives.

- Conduct technical assessments, system analysis and troubleshooting to identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project specifications and deliverables.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and client stakeholders.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry advancements to guide project development.

Job Requirements:

- Degree in Engineering or relevant technical field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related role within a technology-driven environment.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Experience with relevant engineering tools and software applications.
