Assistant Principal Engineer (Digitalisation & Automation)

Job Description:

• Lead and drive technology projects, mentoring a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project delivery and meeting business goals.
• Develop and implement technology strategies that align with organisational objectives.
• Conduct technical assessments, system analysis and troubleshooting to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project specifications and deliverables.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and client stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry advancements to guide project development.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or relevant technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related role within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with relevant engineering tools and software applications.
