Join Pink Tower Montessori Preschool as an Assistant Preschool Teacher (Part-Time/Full-Time) to deliver engaging Montessori education in a supportive environment, fostering young children's growth and learning through a carefully crafted curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in delivering Montessori-based learning activities that promote holistic development for children aged 18 months to 6 years
- Communicate clearly in spoken and written English to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Manage classroom activities independently with minimal supervision to maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Collaborate proactively with the teaching team to innovate and enhance educational practices
- Take initiative and stay motivated to achieve positive learning outcomes for children
- Participate actively in training and professional development, including in-house Montessori training if untrained
- Support children's social and emotional development by fostering a caring and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of an international student community
- Maintain a positive, dynamic, and mature approach to all teaching responsibilities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working with young children to improve classroom engagement and learning effectiveness
- Relevant teaching experience in early childhood education settings
- Passion for teaching and enjoyment in working with young children
- Availability to start work immediately
