Prepare and maintain detailed construction program with project personnel to establish the plan and document the scope, develop project schedules and or cost estimates.
Responsible for the maintenance of all essential planning related documentation.
Manage and maintain close working relationship with project team and contracts department to ensure that works implementation follows to approve master program.
Lead in the development of timetables and schedules for projects.
Participate in coordinating with client / consultants during presentation, reporting and updating of schedules or programs.
Coordinate projects with all affected parties to ensure projects are completed on schedule and government regulations and health and safety requirements are maintained.
Analyse data and situation, recommends solutions to Management.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Diploma in Civil & Mechanical Engineering and above or equivalent.
More than 15 years of experience in the construction industry.
Proficient in using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
