Job Description

Job Desciption:

  • Prepare and maintain detailed construction program with project personnel to establish the plan and document the scope, develop project schedules and or cost estimates.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all essential planning related documentation.
  • Manage and maintain close working relationship with project team and contracts department to ensure that works implementation follows to approve master program.
  • Lead in the development of timetables and schedules for projects.
  • Participate in coordinating with client / consultants during presentation, reporting and updating of schedules or programs.
  • Coordinate projects with all affected parties to ensure projects are completed on schedule and government regulations and health and safety requirements are maintained.
  • Analyse data and situation, recommends solutions to Management.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in Civil & Mechanical Engineering and above or equivalent.
  • More than 15 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
  • Able to work as a team and proactive.
  • 6 days work week.
  • Location: East Region
