ASSISTANT PHYSIOTHERAPIST

SINGAPOREANS/PRsONLY

Remunerations Package - SGD$20.00 - SGD$25.00per hour

Contractual Period
1 Year Subject to extension

LOCATION
Tampines

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an Assistant Physiotherapist / Sports Trainer to support physiotherapy services for student athletes at an educational institution in Tampines.

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Physiotherapist and assist with treatment, rehabilitation exercises and other therapy-related activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct prescribed exercises and implement treatments for student athletes as instructed by the Physiotherapist.
Perform therapy-related duties such as applying hot packs and supervising rehabilitation exercises.
Provide massage services as instructed by the Physiotherapist.
Assist the Physiotherapist in supporting the recovery and rehabilitation needs of student athletes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Sports Science, Physiotherapy, Sports Trainer Level 1 certification or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience as an Assistant Physiotherapist, Sports Trainer or equivalent.
Possess valid Standard First Aid (SFA) and AED certification and maintain validity throughout the service period.
Experience supporting athletes or sports-related rehabilitation will be advantageous.
Able to commit to evening sessions and accommodate changes according to competition schedules.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

WORKING HOURS

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, between 6.00pm and 9.00pm (Up to 3 sessions per week)
167hours for the 1st year and 200 hours for the 2nd year
Working days and timings may be adjusted according to competition schedules.
