Overview
This role supports end-to-end advertising operations across taxi, bus, rail, and bus interchange platforms. It requires expertise in regulatory compliance, operational coordination, and stakeholder management.
Job Description
1. Regulatory Compliance & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong partnerships with authorities, such as LTA, BCA, SCDF, asset owners, and contractors to facilitate operational delivery.
- Engage authorities and asset owners to streamline approval processes and support non-fare revenue initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (WSH, PDPA, Fire Safety) and group reporting standards.
2. Asset & Campaign Operations
- Manage static and digital advertising inventory to support sales demand and maximise utilisation.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise advertisement installation, maintenance, and removal.
- Prepare and submit regulatory applications and lodgement forms promptly.
- Verify job completion, service delivery, and Proof of Delivery (POD), and maintain complete documentation.
3. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Manage contractor performance and ensure SLA compliance through diversified sourcing.
- Execute procurement workflows: review quotations, process POs, and verify goods/services for payment.
4. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare regulatory and operational reports, including progress updates and audit logs.

5. Projects & Improvements
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders throughout project phases, including work outside office hours, such as nights, public holidays, and weekends, when required.
- Support system and product rollouts, including testing and implementation.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and support ESG sustainability.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Education: Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in regulatory licensing, media operations, or project management. Fresh graduates may be considered for a Senior Executive position.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with operational systems and digital platforms.
- Attributes: Diplomatic, meticulous, and results-oriented, with strong writing and analytical skills.
- Flexibility: Willing to work outside office hours for project rollouts, when required.
