Supervise cleaning teams to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.
Monitor daily operations and conduct site inspections with clients (e.g. CAG) follow up on cleaning gaps.
Plan work schedules and deploy manpower efficiently.
Review cleaning job reports and prepare information for monthly meetings.
Compile basic operational data and propose improvements to work processes.
Conduct daily roll calls and team briefings.
Manage staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Handle feedback, investigations, and incident report submissions.
Ensure operational KPIs are met.
Perform other reasonable ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in cleaning operations or a related field.
Able to work at East location(s).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with alternate weekend duties.
Good communication and basic supervisory skills.
