1. Plan and coordinate daily work schedules for technicians, including installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic security systems.
2. Allocate manpower based on workload, skills, and site requirements.
3. Monitor job progress and resolve operational or technical issues when necessary.
4. Supervise the maintenance team, including attendance, overtime, and productivity tracking.
5. Provide technical guidance and support for issue escalation.
6. Manage maintenance contracts, preventive maintenance schedules, and service documentation.
7. Act as the key contact for customer service requests and operational issues.
8. Work with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
2. Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in electronic security systems and system integration
3. At least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
4. Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily technician schedules, including manpower allocation, job progress tracking, and resolving operational issues to ensure efficient service delivery.
5. Supervise maintenance operations, including team attendance and productivity, while managing preventive maintenance schedules, maintenance contracts, and service documentation.
6. Experience coordinating with internal teams and external clients
7. Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including CCTV surveillance, access control, and intrusion alarm systems, with the ability to perform troubleshooting and support technical issue escalation.
8. Good understanding of IP networking and system integration related to security system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
9. Willing to travel to customer sites when required
10. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
11. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
12. Possess valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred)
