- Job Title: Assistant Operation Manager
Salary Package from $4000 to $5000
Job Summary
Lead project teams to deliver operational excellence by coordinating work execution, monitoring progress, ensuring safety compliance, and managing resources to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with project teams to execute work aligned with operational excellence and company goals
- Lead, motivate, and drive subordinates to complete projects within schedule, budget, and quality requirements
- Collaborate with Sales in Charge to clarify work scope and manage project handover
- Prepare and maintain all required safety documentation as part of project records
- Attend project and site meetings and conduct site inspections to monitor progress
- Monitor site progress against approved budget, schedule, and forecast, conducting quality control checks to ensure compliance with requirements
- Apply Permit to Work (PTW) with supporting Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) documents including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Safe Work Procedures
- Work closely with supervisors or safety personnel to ensure compliance with government and safety regulations
- Oversee material procurement status and logistics arrangements at the site
- Communicate effectively with project teammates to achieve desired project outcomes
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Project Management
- Certifications for Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or equivalent
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in the construction sector
- Knowledge of waterproofing
- Computer literacy
- Class 3 Driving License with own transportation
- Willingness to learn with a positive and open-minded mindset
- Outcome-oriented with strong ownership of assigned duties
