Job Description

  • Assist in daily operations
  • Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized.
  • Prepare quotations, service agreements and tenders.
  • Conduct site visits and advise on manpower requirements and costing for jobs.
  • Tracking/Ordering consumables and supplies.
  • Manage equitment and supplies inventory and replenishment as and when necessary.
  • Manage and review staff daily attendance and perfomance.
  • Assist in planing and implementing work schedule and manage manpower deployment or arrange for replacement of staffs when necessary.
