The Assistant Operations Solutions Manager supports the Operations Solutions Manager in improving business processes, designing solutions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational performance.
This role focuses on process improvement, data analysis, project execution, and operational support across different departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse current processes and identify areas to improve productivity.
- Develop new operational workflows, SOPs, and automation solutions.
- Implement tools or systems to improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Manpower planning.
- Understand business problems and design practical operational solutions.
- Lead projects that introduce new processes, technology, or service models.
- Test new solutions and refine them based on feedback.
- Track operational data and generate performance reports.
- Use data to make informed decisions and optimize operations.
- Work with sales, finance, HR.
- Support operations teams with training on new tools or processes.
- Work with clients to customize operational solutions when required.
- Manage a team of coordinators, supervisors, or specialists.
- Ensure the team follows SOPs and meets service standards.
- Coach team members and lead continuous improvement efforts.
- Handle daily operational issues and provide effective solutions.
- Quickly resolve bottlenecks affecting service delivery.
