Job Description

Assistant Operation Manager - Funeral Service

  • Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon - Fri/Sat 8.00am - 5.00pm
  • Monthly Salary: basic up to $4500 + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibility

  • Coordinate Funeral Operations - Support transfer, sending, and funeral arrangements to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage Staff Scheduling and Resources - Prepare monthly schedules for ground staff and oversee petty cash and vehicle-related matters.
  • Collaborate Across Departments - Work closely with various teams to ensure effective communication and operational alignment.
  • Supervise Customer Service Activities - Oversee the Customer Service Team, including phone support and management of funeral parlours.
  • Support Operations and HR Functions - Ensure company policies are communicated to the Operations Team and assist HR with recruitment efforts.
  • Perform Administrative and Ad-Hoc Duties - Carry out additional tasks as assigned to support overall business and departmental goals.

Requirements

  • At least 2-4 years of management experience
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
  • Willingness to work overtime and perform night standby duties when required.
  • Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
