Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for an Assistant Officer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices, shipping documents, and related documentation for overseas customers.
- Coordinate, monitor, and follow up with shippers, consignees, freight forwarders, distributors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
- Verify shipment details and ensure accuracy of shipping and billing information.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements between warehouses and site installation teams.
- Liaise with vendor warehouses and logistics providers to support daily operational activities.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse inventory, storage, and movement activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support for warehousing and logistics functions.
- Perform other related duties and coordination tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in logistics, shipping coordination, warehousing, or administrative support is preferred.
- Familiarity with coordination involving freight forwarders, warehouses, and transportation operations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and invoicing processes is preferred.
- Forklift licence is an advantage.
- Good organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational tasks effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and administrative documentation.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,500 +AWS +VB (1-2 Months)
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 8am - 5pm
