The Role

As an Assistant Nurse Clinician, you will be responsible for the following duties: . Assist in reviewing and identify ways to improve policies and procedures . Work closely with other department in providing the best care . Participate in work improvement projects . Ensure compliance to clinical guidelines and SOPs . Perform clinical audits . Develop nursing education programs for constant improvements . Preceptorship for junior nurses
