Job description:
- Perform microbial testing and analysis using standard laboratory techniques.
- Assist with other microbiological and molecular analyses as needed.
- Ensure quality control procedures are followed and equipment is properly calibrated.
- Perform calculations, interpret results, and prepare accurate reports.
- Support additional duties as assigned to maintain lab operations.
Requirements:
- Science related degree in Food, Microbiology or Biotechnology preferred.
- Candidates without tertiary education may also apply.
- Prior lab experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong team spirit and a positive working attitude.
