Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Assistant Merchandising Manager / Retail Executive / Retail Assistant will be responsible for managing inventory, curating product assortments, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting retail operations. Key duties include maintaining stock levels, assisting customers, ensuring the presentation of products, and contributing toward achieving sales targets. This role is essential to delivering an excellent retail experience for customers and ensuring efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Proven Sales skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding retail targets
  • Experience in Inventory Management to ensure stock accuracy and availability
  • Ability to plan and create well-thought-out Assortments in alignment with customer preferences
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for efficient retail operations
  • Ability to adapt quickly and contribute in both in-store and remote work environments
  • A passion for coffee and customer engagement is a strong advantage
  • Relevant retail or merchandising experience and education is a plus
