Job Description

  • The Assistant Medial & Digital Manager is responsible of building media plan and brand awareness of the Maison in SEA.
  • He/She responsible for driving brand growth through strategic media planning and digital marketing.
  • The role focuses on developing and executing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms, managing budgets and agencies, analyzing performance, and leveraging insights to optimize ROI.
  • He/She also stay ahead of trends and innovations to enhance the company's digital presence and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager to propose and strategize the yearly media relations plan.
  • Suggest annual media KPIs for each country and ensure they are met throughout the year.
  • Strategize and manage of omni-channel media strategies to build awareness and drive sales (offline and online)
  • Supervise the planned media execution and follow-up of KPIs and ROIs
  • Manage social media channel accounts and align with the global & local campaigns
  • Develop, analyse and deliver monthly social media campaign ad-hoc reports based on selected KPIs
  • Optimize budget across channels (paid, owned media) , monitor the spending and forecasting exercises
  • Explore emerging platforms,technologies, and trends to drive innovation in media and digital engagement
  • Champion best practices in digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and media effectiveness
