The Assistant Medial & Digital Manager is responsible of building media plan and brand awareness of the Maison in SEA.
He/She responsible for driving brand growth through strategic media planning and digital marketing.
The role focuses on developing and executing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms, managing budgets and agencies, analyzing performance, and leveraging insights to optimize ROI.
He/She also stay ahead of trends and innovations to enhance the company's digital presence and engagement.
Collaborate with the Communications Manager to propose and strategize the yearly media relations plan.
Suggest annual media KPIs for each country and ensure they are met throughout the year.
Strategize and manage of omni-channel media strategies to build awareness and drive sales (offline and online)
Supervise the planned media execution and follow-up of KPIs and ROIs
Manage social media channel accounts and align with the global & local campaigns
Develop, analyse and deliver monthly social media campaign ad-hoc reports based on selected KPIs
Optimize budget across channels (paid, owned media) , monitor the spending and forecasting exercises
Explore emerging platforms,technologies, and trends to drive innovation in media and digital engagement
Champion best practices in digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and media effectiveness
