We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant MasseurManagerto lead and manage our massage therapy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day spa operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for our clients. You will also be expected to perform massage treatments, train new staff, and uphold hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of massage therapists
- Perform a variety of massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Aromatherapy, etc.)
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and staff rosters efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment rooms
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies when needed
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with Singapore health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support staff development
- Collaborate with management to develop promotions and service packages
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) as a massage therapist, with 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Recognized certification in Massage Therapy or equivalent (e.g., WSQ, ITEC, CIDESCO)
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and therapeutic practices
- Good understanding of spa operations and customer service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle administrative tasks and use booking systems
- Fluent in English knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is a plus
- Physically fit with good stamina
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
