Our client is a Fashion Retail Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Assistant Marketing Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing initiatives locally, driving business growth and enhancing brand visibility.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to local market trends, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Provide market and consumer insights to guide strategy and enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, using KPIs and post-campaign analyses to inform improvements.
- Oversee marketing budgets and manage resource allocation to achieve targets and ROI.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and efficient resource use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, including agencies, to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
- Perform any ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Business/Marketing, or a related studies fieldor equivalent.
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in marketing function, with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in B2C marketing and brand management.
- Strong project management, analytical, and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small, dynamic team with diverse responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel occasionally overseas.
