Our client is a Premium Fashion Retail Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Assistant Marketing Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead local marketing initiatives to drive business growth and enhance brand presence.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the local market, leveraging insights to maximize effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, establishing KPIs and analyzing performance for continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports linking marketing activities to business growth, customer engagement, and ROI.
- Oversee marketing budgets and resource allocation to ensure investments support business objectives.
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, to execute marketing initiatives and co-branded opportunities.
- Act as a local marketing expert, providing insights to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.
- Perform any ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Business/Marketing, or a related studies fieldor equivalent.
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in marketing function, with a proven track record.
- Strong project management, analytical, and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small, dynamic team with diverse responsibilities.
