Assistant Marketing Manager

Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Assistant Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing campaigns aimed at boosting traffic and sales.
• Oversee and manage online campaign operations across various digital channels.
• Conduct analysis of campaigns post-launch and perform daily monitoring of ongoing efforts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement online strategies for pricing, catalog management, and sales maximization.
• Analyze customer online shopping behavior to provide actionable insights for improving customer engagement.
• Coordinate with creative teams and e-commerce partners to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
• Provide copywriting support for all marketing collateral.
• Manage customer online journeys and oversee online marketplace operations.
• Facilitate timely responses through platform chatbots.
• Conduct monthly reviews of sales, inventory, and purchasing processes.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities related to business needs as assigned.
• Collaborate with agencies to generate creative content for marketing campaigns.
• Understand and utilize key online metrics (e.g., site traffic, bounce rate) to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage operations related to e-commerce platforms and campaign pricing across various channels.
• Address accounts payable, receivable, returns, and customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or Business.
• 2-5 years of relevant sales experience in a similar role.
