Duties:
- Plan, develop, and execute creative marketing and promotional campaigns to boost footfall, visibility, and competitive positioning.
- Lead and manage stakeholder engagement for events, pop-up activations, and temporary leasing-prior experience in similar areas is required.
- Oversee casual leasing of advertising spaces, atriums, and temporary retail setups-track leads, convert enquiries, and ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and agencies to ensure flawless execution of marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Manage digital channels and content strategies to expand reach and drive audience engagement.
- Support public relations efforts to maintain and enhance brand reputation.
- Contribute to additional marketing-related activities that support team objectives and overall business performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years experience
