Job Description

Job Summary:

Assist in developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the brand and outlets within the F&B portfolio. This role supports overall brand growth, customer engagement, and sales performance through integrated marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has deep industry knowledge and at least 10 years of experience in the F&B sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans and brand campaigns across all F&B outlets.
  • Assist in planning and implementing both short-term promotional initiatives and long-term brand-building strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify consumer trends and market opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage content planning and execution for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Coordinate with agencies or internal teams on digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor social media engagement, grow online presence, and ensure brand consistency across digital channels.

Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and tone across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with design and creative teams on visuals, packaging, in-store branding, and marketing collaterals.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and oversee local adaptation across different outlets or regions.

Campaigns, Promotions & Events

  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, festive promotions, and partnership collaborations.
  • Work closely with operations and outlet teams to ensure smooth rollout of campaigns at the ground level.
  • Oversee in-store marketing displays and POP materials for maximum visibility and effectiveness.

Customer Engagement & CRM

  • Support the execution of loyalty programs and customer retention initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM data to develop targeted marketing communications and personalized promotions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and online reviews to identify areas of improvement and engagement opportunities.

Public Relations & Influencer Marketing

  • Coordinate PR initiatives and media outreach to enhance brand visibility.
  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships and KOL engagements in line with brand values.
  • Track media coverage and influencer performance to measure ROI.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (KPIs: ROI, engagement, sales impact, etc.).
  • Track customer behavior, traffic, and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Generate post-campaign reports and present findings and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work cross-functionally with operations, brands, commissary, product development, HR, and finance for campaign alignment.
  • Liaise with external vendors, creative agencies, and media partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Attend regular meetings with outlet teams to gather feedback and align marketing with operational goals.
