Kiztopia is one of Singapore's fastest-growing startups and the largest indoor children's playground brand in the region. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Singapore team and drive impactful, integrated marketing efforts across the business.

In this role, you will play a key part in executing data-driven marketing strategies, strengthening brand positioning, and delivering high-performing campaigns that drive revenue, footfall, and customer engagement. Roles and Responsibilities:

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated, 360° go-to-market strategies across digital, retail outlets, partnerships, and performance channels. This role requires a highly hands-on marketer who can balance creativity with data, work cross-functionally with partners and malls, and drive measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

1. Integrated Marketing & 360° GTM Strategy

  • Plan, execute, and optimise end-to-end 360° marketing campaigns across online, offline (outlets), social, and performance channels.
  • Drive marketing efforts that increase brand awareness, footfall, revenue, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure seamless integration across digital platforms, on-ground activations, and outlet promotions.

2. Digital, Social & Consumer Engagement

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, paid media, CRM, and content marketing
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow online communities, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Work closely with creative teams to deliver compelling and relevant content aligned with campaigns.
  • Stay agile in responding to trends and optimise campaigns in real time

3. Partnerships & Influencer Marketing

  • Collaborate with mall partners, brands, KOLs, and influencers to co-create campaigns and drive reach.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships to expand Kiztopia's visibility and customer base.
  • Execute influencer/KOL campaigns from sourcing to performance tracking.

4. CRM & Salesforce Management

  • Leverage Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) to manage customer journeys, segmentation, and campaign performance
  • Drive CRM initiatives, including email marketing, promotions, and retention strategies
  • Ensure accurate tracking of customer data and campaign ROI

6. Insights, Performance & Budget Management

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels with actionable insights.
  • Monitor KPIs, including reach, engagement, conversion, and revenue impact
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and optimise spend to maximize ROI
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategic decisions

7. Creativity & Campaign Execution

  • Bring strong creative thinking to develop innovative, engaging campaigns
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting quickly to changes and new opportunities
  • Work closely with designers and cross-functional teams to execute high-quality marketing assets

8. Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Support the development and mentoring of junior team members
  • Work collaboratively across departments (operations, events, partnerships) to ensure campaign success
  • Drive accountability and ownership in marketing deliverables and timelines

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and management, with strong exposure to digital and integrated campaigns
  • Proven ability to execute 360° marketing strategies that drive both online and offline results
  • Experience working with partners, malls, brands, and influencers/KOLs
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (highly preferred) or similar CRM platforms
  • Proficient in digital marketing channels (social, paid media, CRM, analytics tools)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Highly creative, adaptable, and execution-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in retail, edutainment, lifestyle, or family-focused brands is a plus.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for reporting, analysis, and presentations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including campaign management, customer segmentation, and performance tracking
  • Experience with CRM onboarding and implementation, including system setup, data migration, and process optimisation
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Cloud Platform (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Campaign, or Creative tools) for campaign execution and content development
  • Proficient in Facebook Business Manager and Meta Ads Manager for campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting
  • Strong command of Google Analytics and Google Ads for performance tracking, attribution, and paid media optimisation
  • Experience managing campaigns on the TikTok Business Platform and TikTok Shop, including content, ads, and conversion strategies
