Goldheart Jewelry is evolving how a heritage brand speaks to a new generation of romantics, achievers and self-gifters. As Assistant Marketing Manager (Branding & PR), you will serve as a key support and strategic partner to the Marketing Manager in driving integrated brand campaigns, campaign rollouts and marketing initiatives across retail and digital touchpoints.
This role bridges strategy and execution — translating campaign directions into actionable plans while ensuring flawless delivery across teams. You will lead day to day campaign management, coordinate cross functional stakeholders and oversee campaign execution across content, retail, media, events and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly organised and able to independently drive campaign workstreams while stepping up as acting lead across selected projects when required.
What you'll own
Campaign Planning & Development
- Support the Marketing Manager in planning integrated brand campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal retail moments and key gifting occasions.
- Translate campaign strategies into clear execution plans, timelines and deliverables.
- Contribute ideas to campaign concepts, storytelling angles and customer engagement initiatives.
- Support campaign calendar planning to ensure consistency across channels and customer touchpoints.
Campaign Rollout & Execution
- Lead day to day management and rollout of campaigns across:
- Retail activations
- Digital and social channels
- OOH and media placements
- Partnerships and promotional initiatives
- Ensure campaigns launch accurately, on schedule and according to brand standards.
- Manage campaign trackers and coordinate deliverables across departments.
Content & Creative Coordination
- Work closely with Content and Creative teams to ensure campaign assets support marketing objectives.
- Guide execution of campaign shoots including timelines, production coordination and asset readiness.
- Ensure campaign storytelling and visual identity remain consistent across all touchpoints.
Brand Experience, Partnerships & PR Activations
- Partner Events Marketing team to translate brand campaigns into experiential activations, launches and brand experiences that bring campaign stories to life.
- Provide campaign direction and marketing alignment for retail events, media previews and partnership activations, ensuring they reflect the brand's identity and messaging.
- Work closely with the Events & PR team to ensure consistent storytelling and visual alignment across campaign-led activations and customer experiences.
- Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities with lifestyle brands, creators and cultural platforms that strengthen brand relevance and reach.
- Support the alignment of brand campaigns with PR storytelling and partnership initiatives to maximise campaign visibility and impact.
A&P and Media Strategy
- Support planning and monitoring of Advertising & Promotion budgets.
- Coordinate implementation of media placements across offline and digital channels.
- Work with agencies and partners to ensure timely campaign delivery and optimisation.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Creative, Retail Operations, Merchandising and Events to ensure campaign & PR initiatives and brand activations translate into meaningful retail and online experiences.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce Marketing team to ensure campaign storytelling and assets are aligned across online platforms.
- Align marketing initiatives with product launches, sales priorities and merchandising strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing executives on campaign execution and project management.
- Step in to lead selected projects independently with oversight from the Marketing Manager.
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Monitor campaign performance across media channels and brand marketing initiatives.
- Analyse marketing outcomes and provide insights to optimise future campaigns and A&P investments.
- Support post campaign reviews and contribute insights into future planning.

- Execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across OOH, print, digital and social media platforms.
- Development of campaign frameworks and brand playbooks that guide consistent storytelling across channels.
- Case studies of marketing initiatives that generated brand buzz, media visibility, customer engagement and commercial impact.
About you
- 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing or campaign management, preferably within retail, fashion, beauty or lifestyle.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related disciplines.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels and stakeholders.
- Comfortable balancing strategy and hands on execution.
- Strong organisation, communication and project management capabilities.
- Passion for branding, storytelling and creating memorable customer experiences.
