Job Description
Market Development & Brand Strategy
- Assist in developing and implementing brand and trade marketing strategies to achieve sales, market share and profitability targets in Singapore.
- Identify business growth opportunities through consumer, patient and customer insights, and recommend initiatives to penetrate new channels or segments.
- Manage assigned product lines, including pricing, positioning, portfolio optimization and basic P&L monitoring.
Digital Marketing & Consumer Campaigns
- Drive digital and e‑commerce marketing initiatives to support online sales and brand awareness (e.g. marketplaces, brand.com, retailer.com).
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid / owned / earned channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, EDM, SMS and content marketing.
- Work with KOLs, healthcare professionals and influencers to build brand advocacy and generate credible health‑related content.
Insights, Analytics & Budget Management
- Monitor category, competitor and channel trends prepare regular market intelligence and campaign performance reports with clear recommendations.
- Define, track and analyze key marketing KPIs (sell‑in / sell‑out, ROI, digital metrics, promotion performance).
- Assist in planning, monitoring and optimizing marketing and trade A&P budgets to maximize return on investment.
Cross‑functional Collaboration & Compliance
- Collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, regulatory and regional marketing teams to ensure timely and compliant execution of initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing and promotional materials comply with local regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, category managers and external partners to support long‑term business growth.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years marketing experience in FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals or related industries trade / product management exposure in Singapore market is an advantage.
- Solid experience in brand and trade marketing, campaign planning and channel activation exposure to e‑commerce marketing is preferred.
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Hands‑on, independent and resourceful, comfortable working in a lean team to build a market from early stage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g. Meta, Google) and basic marketing analytics tools is an advantage.
- English proficiency is required. Mandarin communication skills will be an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
