Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

. Oversee outlets sales and operation

. Lead the Outlet Team in achieving Outlet Sales Target

. Achieve Personal Sales Target

. Support the sales team and ensure that they can meet team's performance KPI

. Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, etc

. Able to train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance

. Handle customer enquiries

. Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments

. Ensure good customer experience and service standard

Job Requirements:

. Proven sales records in beauty industry

. Can do and positive attitude

. Strong leadership skill

. At least 3-5 years of working experience in beauty or Spa industry is required for this position. Eg: Sales Manager/Spa Manager/Beauty Outlet Manager
