As the Assistant Manager of Workforce Governance & Compliance, you are the custodian of our manpower ecosystem. This role serves as the strategic bridge between people metrics and organisational action. As a high-level individual contributor who can translate complex manpower statistics into clear narratives for senior leadership, you will own the integrity of our workforce metrics, ensure rigorous compliance during audits, and play a critical role in the operational scaling of our centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Regulatory Reporting
- Systematically monitor key workforce metrics, such as headcount, turnover, and staffing trends, to evaluate the success of people strategies and ensure fulfilment of KPIs
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports for updating to stakeholders, drawing insights from data for decision making
- Present data-driven insights to guide decision-making and inform future manpower strategies
- Responsible for the end-to-end monitoring and reporting of the HR Scorecard
Policy and Compliance Support
- Ensure that workforce planning practices comply with organisational policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
- Manage the end-to-end reporting and monitoring of sector-related KPIs and submissions
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to workforce planning activities
- Serve as the lead for the Annual Regulatory Audit, ensuring all workforce documentation and practices are compliant and audit-ready.
- Lead the annual review and identification of HR risks. Establish and monitor HR Key Risk Indicators to mitigate organizational exposure.
- Assist in the review and updating of workforce planning policies and procedures as necessary
Collaboration with HR and Business Leaders
- Work closely with business leaders to understand their specific workforce needs and challenges, ensuring workforce planning practices are governed by compliant and scalable solutions
- Partner with HR functions, to ensure compliance and KPIs are met
- Communicate workforce planning strategies and progress to key stakeholders and senior management
Key Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in workforce planning, HR management, risk and compliance or related fields
- Proven experience in budgeting and resource management, with a strong understanding of cost control and financial reporting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of labour market trends, industry benchmarks, and HR best practices

- Ability to grasp regulatory requirements and experience leading/coordinating audits.
- Advanced Excel and data visualisation skills
