WHAT TO EXPECT

We are seeking a commercially driven and field-credible Assistant Manager, Training to support the execution of our 2026 training roadmap across three strategic pillars: Competency Uplift, Production & Sales Execution, and Culture & Professional Standards.

This role is designed for someone who understands agency realities - production pressure, recruitment challenges, licensing progression, and leadership development - and can translate business priorities into structured, outcome-driven training interventions.

This is not a classroom-based administrative role. It requires strong agency and sales experience, credibility with Financial Consultants (FCs) and Leaders, and the ability to drive measurable performance outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Competency & CIS Licensing Drive

  1. Design and execute structured initiatives to improve CIS licensing rates and technical mastery
  2. Conduct hands-on mock practice sessions and confidence-building workshops
  3. Equip with basic analytics competency

  • Production & Capacity Building

  1. Develop practical, sales-focused modules that improve advisory conversations
  2. Translate technical knowledge into real client application
  3. Support initiatives that raise productivity benchmarks and professional standards

  • Culture & Professional Standards

  1. Reinforce long-term business building mindset over short-term activity
  2. Elevate professionalism, credibility and advisory standards
  3. Align training initiatives with organisational value and long-term vision

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum 3-5 years in a financial advisory/insurance agency environment
  • Deep understanding of licensing frameworks and advisory technical content
  • Confident facilitator with FCs and Leaders
  • Strong commercial mindset - training must translate into performance
  • Highly organised with strong execution and follow-through discipline
