Work closely with the HOD(s), Clinical Department(s) and is responsible for the planning, development, and management of resources within the Department(s) to meet the department's/hospital's objectives in delivery of patient care.
Actively supports the Department(s) by providing timely departmental performance reporting and actively planning, implementing, and managing initiatives and solutions towards determined objectives.
Manage the finances of the department, ensuring operations within the budget allocated.
