Key Responsibilities

We're looking for a passionate IT professional who enjoys working closely with business teams to shape and deliver technology solutions that make a real impact. If you have a good technical foundation, enjoy solving problems endtoend, and like working with people as much as you enjoy working with systems this role gives you the chance to shape how Corporate Services use technology across the organisation.

This is a frontfacing role where you will gain visibility, learn fast, and grow into a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Technology Solutions

  • Support the design and delivery of IT solutions and business proposals to enhance Corporate IT services.
  • Spot improvement opportunities and recommend strategies that uplift user experience and service quality.

Lead Projects EndtoEnd

  • Manage mediumscale application or enhancement projects, balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance structures, and progress tracking.
  • Drive requirement gathering and ensure proper traceability throughout the lifecycle.
  • Oversee IT procurement activities and vendor management activities when needed.

Partner with Stakeholders

  • Build strong, trustbased relationships with business users and act as their goto technology partner.
  • Facilitate clear communication between business, infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity teams.
  • Confidently navigate technical discussions working collaboratively while maintaining clarity and accountability.

Ensure Smooth Operations

  • Support change enablement throughout the project or application lifecycle.
  • Work with onshore and offshore vendor teams to ensure SLAs and service quality are met.
  • Help manage system patching, upgrades and incidents, and drive timely resolution with crossfunctional teams.

Key Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills

  • 35 years of IT project management, application support, or IT solutions experience.
  • Exposure to (or strong interest in) corporate systems like Workforce Management, Intranet/Corporate Websites and Digital Workplace tools will be beneficial. Strong IT foundation with understanding of how systems, integrations, and processes fit together.
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and secure deployment practices.
