Job Summary
As Assistant Manager in Talent Success and HR Operations, you will drive business growth by fulfilling client hiring needs and aligning jobseekers career aspirations within the retail industry. You will lead project sales cycles, foster client and talent relationships, and manage comprehensive HR administration for outsourced, temporary, and part-time staff.
Responsibilities
- Identify and mine data to generate leads and uncover candidate talents, match and recommend tailored services to meet client needs
- Independently generate and develop new candidates through cold calls, face-to-face visits, and professional networking
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from lead generation to appointing candidates to projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sales targets
- Identify key decision makers and leverage opportunities to promote and cross-sell services effectively
- Analyze and share market insights while preparing and tabulating monthly project reports for team review
- Collaborate with Business Consultants and Training Teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- Support sales presentations and cultivate strong relationships with clients and talents to enhance engagement
- Assist in event planning by managing deadlines and budget constraints to ensure successful execution
- Facilitate collaborations and partnerships with schools, external vendors, and suppliers to expand service reach
- Administer HR operations including collating part-time staff timesheets and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Liaise closely with clients on all HR-related matters to maintain smooth operational workflows
- Prepare payroll summaries for submission to payroll processing teams accurately and timely
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for all new joiners, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions for Retail pop-ups
- Administer HR processes such as employment contract preparation, work pass applications and renewals, employee confirmations, and leave administration
- Update and maintain Employee Handbook, Safety Measurement SOPs, and other HR documentation to reflect current policies
- Monitor attendance, timekeeping and HR systems, proposing improvements aligned with business needs
- Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy of personal and sensitive data in all HR activities
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned to support organizational effectiveness
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, HR, or equivalent
- CEI Licensed
