What You'll Do
. Develop and implement progressive recruitment strategies, policies and processes that attract healthcare professionals.
. Collaborate with key stakeholders to explore new and creative recruitment initiatives to expand sources of talent pool for the cluster.
. Provide regular data analytics reports on recruitment yield to senior management and key stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
. Recognised degree in any discipline
. At least 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Prior experience in healthcare talent acquisition role will be an advantage.
