Assistant Manager, Talent Attraction (Sourcing & Reporting)

NTUC Health is one of the largest community health and eldercare providers in Singapore. We are looking to make a difference in our community and are recruiting dynamic and capable individuals to join the Human Resources team. You can expect to work with a team of agile and committed HR professionals. Talent Attraction Associate will work closely with hiring managers to implement long-term manpower planning strategy. This includes identifying appropriate sources of talents and management of strategic partners to develop talent pipeline supporting business growth and employer branding. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage business unit expectations while demonstrating a visible commitment to fulfilling recruitment goals.

You will have to:

• Collaborate closely with business units to understand their hiring requirements and develop and implement innovative talent attraction strategies to source and hire qualified candidates
• Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the organization's culture, values, and opportunities
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, recruitment coordination, and ensuring timely communication between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team.
• Support and manage high-volume hiring hiring while maintaining quality, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience.
• Regularly track and report on key talent attraction metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout recruitment
• Stay informed about healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices that impact the recruitment process
• Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment reports and dashboards, providing timely workforce insights and data analysis to support hiring decisions, workforce planning, and management reporting.

You should:

• Hold a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Have proven experience in talent attraction, recruitment, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence all stakeholders
• Have exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Be proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related tools.
• Hold knowledge of recruitment reporting and proficiency in ATS systems and Excel to support hiring reports and candidate tracking.
• Possess creative thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and devise innovative talent attraction strategies.
• Proficient in recruitment reporting, data analysis, and dashboard management, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
