Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Support the HOD in overseeing end-to-end facilities management, supply planning, and complex delivery fulfillment.
- Regulatory Governance: Maintain standard operational excellence by ensuring all daily activities align with GDPMDS and internal SOPs.
- Stakeholder Synergy: Act as a key liaison between internal departments and external partners (suppliers, 3PL providers and transporters) to build resilient, long-term partnerships.
- Supply Chain Planning: Drive inventory accuracy and demand planning to ensure seamless product availability.
- Regional Support: Assist with overseas operational requirements and special projects as delegated by the HOD.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Specializations in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Facilities Management are highly preferred).
- Experience: Proven track record in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, ideally within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device sectors.
