Support in the setting and review of organization strategic direction.
Co-Lead in the work plan and budget exercise.
Drive strategic projects incl. scoping, getting buy-in from key stakeholders, budgeting, facilitation, implementation, review, etc.
Support in the assessment and monitoring of strategic projects in the role of Project Evaluation process gatekeeper.
Client Insights
Take the lead on planning, design, analysis, and reporting of patient experience survey.
Support organisation with client insights for decision making.
Collaborate across different internal and external stakeholders for service development and ongoing process improvements.
Proactive in addressing any possible red flags, take initiative in finding/providing solutions to any issues.
Enhance architecture and processes to better client insights collection and application.
Support internal stakeholders in translating their service objectives into research objectives, agree on critical success factor and develop the most appropriate methodology to provide robust evidence for decision making.
Corporate Performance
Support in the setting & review of Corp KPIs.
Monitor and report on KPI performance. Identify area for improvements and learning.

Requirements:
Degree with equivalent experiences in a related field.
Min. 5 years working experience in corporate/ strategic planning &/or healthcare would be preferred.
Experience in in client/ consumer research - survey design, execution (interview, focus group discussion), data interpretation, trend analysis, etc.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
