The Assistant Manager, Stakeholder Engagement will plan and execute outreach, student and alumni engagement activities, as well as create and manage effective multimedia content marketing and communications strategies. The incumbent will organise activities to strengthen and grow the network and partnerships between NTUpreneur, the NTU community and external stakeholders such as student clubs, alumni, industry and corporate partners, to support NTU Entrepreneurship Academy's (NTUpreneur) goals of elevating entrepreneurial exposure for venture building.
Responsibilities:
1. Increase awareness and appreciation of entrepreneurial education. Plan and implement outreach, and student venture activities
Plan student outreach activities to raise awareness of entrepreneurship education and support on campus.
Work with Undergraduate to oversee the implementation of NTUpreneur Day and Open House and Welcome Week to increase interest in entrepreneurship education.
Draft compelling content for websites, social media and produce EDMs to promote events and activities.
2. Collate and update content for approval and update NTUpreneur's website and digital channels. Conduct performance tracking on social media platforms, and analytics reporting
Review content across NTUpreneur and ensure alignment with the University's brand guidelines.
Update approved content on NTUpreneur's website and digital channels promptly with appropriate and strategic branding and messaging.
Review and update design guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
Maintain the NTUpreneur design templates database and the associated shortened links/ QR codes database.
3. Increase exposure of entrepreneurial activities
Work with Assistant Director to identify industry collaborators and stakeholders (internal and external), design, promote and deliver events.
Coordinate between NTUpreneur and internal/ external stakeholders and provide logistical, and administrative support that is necessary for successful implementation.
Maintain key operational databases, including event calendar, alumni network, Friends of NTUpreneur, VCs, Corporate Partners database and student mailing lists.
4. Strengthen alumni engagement activities
Work with the President of NTUpreneur Alumni Association and coordinate quarterly alumni engagement activities.
Coordinate and consolidate all alumni engagement plans and activities with Leads of Academic Programmes.
5. Oversee and provide administrative support for the Mentorship Clinic to ensure smooth execution and interactions between mentors and students
Work with the Experiential Learning team to coordinate matching of mentors and students.
Manage mentor booking system, update and troubleshoot where necessary, to ensure no disruptions to bookings.
Work with Assistant Director to ensure good mentor and mentee experience by implementing feedback sessions and mentor engagement activities.
Oversee and manage a database of alumni and corporate volunteers based on utilisation rates, mentor profile (sector, skills, location or knowledge).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mass communications and marketing preferred.
Experience in traditional and digital marketing, content creation, and website/social media management.
Experience in event management.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and plan work activities in an organised manner and work under tight timelines.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Resourceful and creative with strong communication and writing skills.
