Job Description & Requirements
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage the Managing Director's schedule, appointments, meetings, communications, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director across the group of companies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a secretarial, executive assistant, or personal assistant role.
- Experience in supporting senior management will be an advantage.
