Assistant Manager (Site-based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate maintenance and servicing of electrical power systems, including switchgear, transformers, panels, and associated equipment.

• Lead service teams and contractors to ensure timely execution of maintenance schedules and site activities.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Diagnose technical issues, provide troubleshooting support, and implement corrective actions.

• Manage service documentation, reports, and maintenance records.

• Support project teams on commissioning, testing, and handover of electrical systems.

• Monitor service performance, costs, and resource allocation.

• Liaise with clients to address service needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and servicing of electrical power systems.

• Hands-on knowledge of switchgear, transformers, and electrical distribution systems.

• Experience leading site teams and coordinating contractors.

• Familiar with safety practices and electrical regulations.
