Job Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive professional who combines deep technical knowledge of lighting systems with a strong sales acumen. You will bridge the gap between technical solution design and client relationship management, overseeing projects from initial site consultation to final installation guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lighting Consultation & Proposal: Analyze client requirements and leverage your lighting expertise to propose customized B2B lighting solutions and designs.
• Site Survey & Assessment: Conduct on-site inspections and site walks to evaluate project requirements, structural constraints, and technical specifications.
• Quotation & Commercials: Prepare accurate, competitive project costing, budget estimates, and formal business quotations for clients.
• Technical Sales: Drive business growth by managing client accounts, identifying technical needs, and presenting value-driven proposals to B2B clients.
• Installation Supervision: Provide professional, on-site technical guidance and troubleshooting support to installation teams and contractors.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the lighting industry (B2B sector preferred).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical lighting specifications, fixtures, drivers, and control systems.
• Skills: Proven experience in preparing commercial quotations, conducting site assessments, and delivering technical sales presentations.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, solution-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Mobility: Ability to travel to various project sites across Singapore independently.
