We are the team behind the Singapore FinTech Festival, Point Zero Forum, GFTN Forum Japan, and other platforms that host over 100,000 participants annually from the public and private sectors.

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive Senior Associate to support the coordination and execution of GFTN's flagship Signature Programmes. This role is focused on the seamless delivery of our global initiatives, sitting at the intersection of content coordination, speaker management, and operational support.

Working under the guidance of the Head of Signature Programmes, the successful candidate will provide end-to-end execution support for our entire suite of programmes, including Investor Hours, The Founders Peak, and the GFTN Select Series. You will play a key role in ensuring our initiatives provide exceptional value to founders, investors, policymakers, and corporate partners by maintaining high standards of coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Our Flagship Corporate Programmes

The Founders Peak: A global platform that celebrates entrepreneurship, connecting exceptional startup founders to share insights, experiences, and foster the next generation of entrepreneurs through mentorship, storytelling, and emotional support.

Investor Hours: A focused platform connecting founders with investors through curated one-on-one meetings, enabling startups to secure funding, receive feedback, and build relationships with potential backers across GFTN's global network.

The Capital & Startup Meets Policy Dialogues: A premier programme held across four continents where senior policymakers, major capital providers and global startup founders converge to debate solutions to pressing issues facing capital investment, value creation, startup policy and financial technology regulation.

GFTN Select Series: A year-round series of private roundtable dialogues connecting senior officials and industry leaders across continents to address key financial and technology challenges.

New Initiatives: Additional Programmes under development to deepen engagement between technology builders, policymakers, and market participants.
