Job Scope:
- You will assist the department to process stakeholders appeals and non-appeals, perform service recovery to ensure service quality issues are addressed effectively and efficiently under the Public Health Pillarin accordance with the company's service levels and service standards.
- You are required to work closely within a team, with other departments in the organisation as well as other partners and various government agencies/bodies.
- You must be a good team player and interact effectively with others, and enable the delivery of personalised, digital, and empathetic services.
- You may need to contribute and carry out service quality improvement projects and initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- You are required to produce regular reports including updates/ recommendations based on appeals and non-appeals received to apprise managementat internal meetings.
- It is a fast-paced environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.

- Possess working knowledge for building data set, Advanced techniques, softwarefor data analytics and data visualisation (e.g. Qilksense).
- Prepare basic analysis and reports on service quality metrics.
- Conduct audit to ensure processes are followed.
