Oversee and Manage Online and Offline Operations
- Supervise the tracking, management, and fulfillment of online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate merchandise restocks, deliveries, and event setups/tear-downs.
- Monitor the performance and efficiency of product management across all online and offline channels.
Team Collaboration and Customer Service
- Work closely with the customer service team to handle escalated complaints, feedback, and service recovery efforts.
- Train and guide the team to ensure consistency in service standards and processes.
Inventory and Stock Control
- Oversee storage, inventory, and product management to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Conduct and approve monthly stock counts and review total inventory reports for accuracy and discrepancies.
- Analyze stock movement data and ensure proper shelf occupancy at physical stores.
Strategic Product and Visual Merchandising
- Lead the implementation of visual merchandising strategies across various channels and platforms.
- Forecast needs for sales, manpower, and stock availability based on trends and analytics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align merchandising efforts with campaigns.
System and Backend Management
- Oversee backend product management processes using systems like Roller and DLabel.
- Ensure efficient product tracking and movement between storage and sales channels.
Housekeeping and Office Management
- Ensure a tidy and organized workspace, including merchandise and storage areas.
Reporting and Analysis
- Provide detailed monthly reports on sales, inventory, and merchandising performance to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
Other Duties
- Support other functions and tasks as assigned by the Manager or Management Team.
