Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Future Health System (INT)

• Oversee end-to-end digital transformation projects spanning AI, robotics and automation from conception to deployment

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources across multiple technology domains

• Develop project timelines, budgets, procurement and manage vendor relationship for singular to multi-technology initiatives

• Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between various digital solutions

• Ensure governance standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance across all technologies

• Establish performance metrics to track adoption rates and return on investment for integrated solutions

• Keep abreast to institution/cluster and national directives and strategies

• Provide technical expertise, domain knowledge and guidance to project and staff under supervision

• Ensure timely updates and escalation of issues to appropriate levels

• Collaborating with change management team to develop implementation strategies and assess change readiness throughout the project life cycle

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare management, or related technical field

• Additional certification in relevant technologies (e.g. UiPath RPA certification, PMP certification, Robotics, Lean Six Sigma) preferred

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in digital transformation projects, preferably in healthcare

• Experience with project management with complex, multi-technology initiatives
